I saw this card and truly loved it. It helps me remember that everything I do is for god. And that I will always be his child no matter how things may appear or go. Since everyone in our monthly card club is christian what a better way then to show them gods love. So I decided to make one of my own, but slightly different. I want to thank Beth for helping me. She picked out the colors and did lots of cutting. She is one of my scrap sister and sisters in christ and a friend..yay 3 in 1...This card was my pick for Junes card club.

Lady Liberty

It has been a while since I have made a layout. I was going thru my old pics and ran across these. These pics bring back memories of living back home in New Jersey.. I was stumped for a while but just ran with what was in my mind. I think it came out ok. Thinking back this was a family outing on a beautifull day..the best part of it was the Ferry...awesome..

I'm loving the theme of my card. The rounded edges I saw in a magazine. I thought it gave the card some character. The background was my friends Beth idea. I think it brings much drama to the picture..This card was made during scrap night.. I loved the colors and the ribbon...

Bee Festive

I love this card. I made this card with a clear mind. Wasn't really thinking of a design or theme. I came to realize I have alot of silly embelishments and words so why not put them to use. Thanks to my friend Toni and her idea of the Bee, I was able to put this card together. The bow I made was quite easy. Since I helped in a flower shop once upon a time, I decided to use the same technique and apply it to my card.. So cute and simple.
